🔥🔥The food was phenomenal🔥🔥. I love sashimi, especially yellow tail, salmon, and smoked salmon. My wife got the Hanami Tower. It was a big portions really really worth for the price. They got a lot of sake. The Mio sparkling sake is the best one, but If you like dry and sweet, I recommend the platinum sake. Will be back 100%.

Hanami Sushi and Sake Bar is the best restaurant experience I have had in years! We’re so glad we checked it out. Brought the whole family and there was something for everybody. The decor and ambiance was very nice and the service was unbeatable. Above all else though was the food. Best crab Rangoon I’ve ever had and the Sushi was soooo good and fresh. They have “sparkling Sake” which was surprisingly absolutely delicious to non Sake Lovers and Sake drinkers alike. My kids loved the special Japanese ice cream desert. We will definitely be coning back often now that we have this new gem in Carmel!!!!

I stopped in for lunch today with my friend and we ordered a Thai iced tea, the salmon avocado hand roll, crunchy California hand roll, vegetable ramen, and the mochi. The service was friendly and timely. The food tasted fresh and the portions were good. The ramen was so filling - definitely couldn’t eat it all in one sitting. The mochi tasted fresh and was chewy just how you would want it to be. The atmosphere was nice - loved all of the decorations. I will definitely be coming back to try more items off of the menu.
